Our Keynote
Speaker
Pastor’s kid turned pastor, Natalie Runion, her husband Tony and their two daughters live in Colorado Springs, CO where she served on staff as a Worship Pastor and Pastor of Women at New Life Church. In her twenty years of ministry as a worship leader, songwriter and pastor, Natalie has served various organizations and ministries across the country. In 2019 after watching many of her peers walk away from the church and their faith, Natalie began Raised to Stay, a ministry for those who have wandered, wondered and wrestled with the Church and the challenges of full-time ministry. Her heart is to see a generation of leaders finish their race as they partner with a good Father who is faithful to complete the work He began in each of us.
Natalie is a sought after speaker in the local and global Church and is releasing her first book published with David C Cook in Summer 2023! You can learn more about Raised to Stay on Instagram at @raisedtostay.

Conference Details
As leaders in ministry, how do we REMAIN in the calling God has placed on our lives amidst personal and cultural challenges? Together, we will dive into important topics, seeking God's strength and wisdom, in order to REMAIN in the Kingdom work He has called each of us to.
We are excited for you to be refreshed with 3 large group sessions led by Natalie Runion as well as the opportunity to attend two breakout sessions (topics below).
This conference is for anyone with a heart for ministry: whether you work in ministry, in the marketplace, volunteer, attend school... we are all called to this mission. It will be a time of refreshing and equipping and a great chance to network with others!
Whether you'd like to attend in-person or participate virtually, please register by June 19th.

Breakout Sessions
Remain by Practicing Solitude
Learn how to lean into the countercultural practice of unplugging from the everyday demands, phone notifications, to-do lists, meetings and…even ministry…to intentionally sit at the feet of Jesus.
Remain Emotionally Healthy
Uncover the important parallels between our emotional maturity and spiritual maturity. When we take intentional steps to seek God’s transformation beneath the surface of our own emotions, the Holy Spirit does a transformative work in us to deepen our walk with Him, in turn strengthening our ministry.
Remain Mentally Healthy
You are not alone if you have experienced, or felt on the verge of burnout, anxiety, compassion fatigue or depression. Learn how to recognize the signs and, in turn, receive healing from our Good Father who cares deeply about these areas of our lives.
Remain While Leading in a Diverse World
God created His people to be beautifully diverse in His image, which allows us opportunities to minister to men, women and young people of various ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, races and cultures. Be encouraged with tools to effectively lead and minister with empathy, grace, compassion and discernment.
